Hello my friends! how are you? I hope that everybody are very well!!! Well I have not published here for a long time and I want to share a work I'm doing these days. It is a knife with a Celtic pattern, using steel 15n20 and SAE 5150. A while ago made a knife of similar characteristics and now wanted to do it again, explaining how I did it. I could not take photos of the process because I lost my camera. In this case, I leave a few pictures taken with my cell phone of some explanatory drawings that he realizes so that it is understood as I did it. Unfortunately my English is not very good, and the drawings are in Spanish. But I think with the drawings, you can understand how I did it. Any doubt about the drawings, I will be attentive to answer. I think it's a pretty simple pattern and not so complex to perform and I like it a lot as I finish. Hope you like!! A big greeting to all !!!
Step 3) Cut into two pieces of 150mm long. (Step 4) welding a new pack of 13 layers with a width of 25mm.
(Step 9) Final package before welding and forging the bar.
(Step 11) After forging the bars to 16mm x 16mm, twist bars. Then welding 4 bars or those needed for the knife.
I leave a video so that they can see the pattern well. Regards!!!
