can you guys post some links to places that sell ms/js bowies for immediate delivery? i would greatly appreciate it!

thanks in advance.

Les Robertson and Bob Neal would be good guys to start with.

Man....Rehoboth has some NICE bowies in stock. :D

thanks for all the replys:thumbup:

my two favorites i have found are jason knight and sfreddo. i can only get one so i have to make sure.

i'm not looking for a collector piece but a user. i want something that is under $1000 from a good maker. i have a couple of smaller ms knives (jim walker fighter, kevin cashen bowie hunter) and the quality is top notch for something handmade. it is the feel of a custom i am after because the bigger knives in my arsenal feel very sluggish and clumsy to me anymore. i'm sure you probably already know what i am talking about;)

Bob Neal has a super Jason Knight knife that he picked up at the Little Rock Show. I'm sure it's under $1000. Check out his site.

that is the knight i've been looking at! i e-mailed bob neal yesterday but i havn't heard back yet. i was wanting to know if the clip was sharp. anyone know?

I sold the knife to Bob at Little Rock and the clip is sharp but not super sharp. Really great knife.

Witchhunter I envy you it is always fun to be custom bowie shopping. Take your time and you will eventually find the right knife. I have rushed and bought a knife or two cause i wanted that style blade only to find the perfect knife a short time after. Just awhile ago i picked up an nice John Fitch damascus bowie with a mammoth ivory handle for 800 and a little while later a mint forged carbon stag handled Bagwell for under a thousand. for the kind of money you want to spend there are some great knives out there. Take a look at Steve Voorhis's stuff really good value for way under a thousand. So what i am saying with so many great makers and knives out there take your time and you and your perfect bowie will meet up.. good luck joe

By the way there is a dealer in Texas named Chance Priest. He sells alot on ebay but he has access to alot of estate pieces and sells them reasonable He does not advertise all his stuff and he usually has something cool around.so do a search on him and give him a call I only have his cell number and i don't know if he would want me to put that out. My dealings with him have been great.
