Just got this in. a Schrade Walden "Bowie Hunter". it has no number on it. all there is is the stamp "Scharde-Walden" "N.Y. U.S.A.". is this the same as an H-15? what year been looking at price lists with no luck.

What is the overall length from tip to butt? It should be 9⅜ inches, and the serpentine full guard differentiates it from the H-15 (9¾"). It's a 138-L, and the plain sheath puts it early 1970s.
