Bowie in W2 and Desert Ironwood

Another Bowie recently finished. W2 blade with hamon, 9 1/4" long, and 1/4" thick at the ricasso. The handle is Desert Ironwood, with black G10 and 410 stainless steel spacers. The guard and pin are 416 stainless. The over-all length is 14 1/2"

That's ace mate! You've been posting a lot lately. You must be flat out like a lizard drinking. :D

What grit are you taking the blade to before you etch?

This one was taken to 600 grit before etching.
 
Beautifully made and extremely clean lines. The desert iron wood is stunning, a great looking bowie.
