Folks,
I know before I post this that Ill probably get a multitude of responses stating that I should just go with my personal preference, but I would like to get some feedback on the advantages and disadvantages of the differing types of sheaths that I can get for my Bowie or more specifically: 1) a sheath that covers just the blade with the belt loop being part of it not extending past the hilt of the knife (which raises the overall placement of the knife on my belt); 2) a sheath that covers the blade with the belt loop being above the hilt and behind the handle; and 3) with or without a retaining strap thanks in advance
Mike
