I finally got round to fixing up the sheaths for these knives. Thought I'd share them now they're ready to ship.

The inlays are Cane Toad skin and black pythonskin respectively. Cane Toad is a widespread pest in the warmer parts of Australia. Its finally served some useful purpose by being an inlay... :p :D

Thanks for looking. Jason.

Friend Jason, I like style of this knife. My engraver facet, makes me see it engraving in its steel sheet. I don't understand as they don't record the leaves of the knives. There are very beautiful knives that would be fantastic when recording them (the sheet). But it is simply a personal opinion. I congratulate Him.

That's about as nice as pairs of Bowies get, IMHO..........superb work on those sheaths!!! :)

Where's Danbo?????? I figured he'd be the first one to post praises to such wonderful workmanship!!! :D

Real nice sheaths for both knives Jason - a terrific package overall.

Beautiful work on both knives and sheaths. I think I might have asked you this before, when do you sleep?

I sure don't have any problem with looking at nice sheaths, and these are extremely nice. For me, the sheath is an equal partner to the fixed blade and I want them to be as nicely made as the knife. Sheath work is an art in itself.
