haha... I think I asked the same thing when I first joined this forum!
I'd be all for it, Bowie is my favorite style of knife, but I don't think it's gonna happen any time soon!
Look around or do a search, there are a few good bowie related threads going around at least. :thumbup:

About the same as someone actually reading some simple rules and posting in the correct forum rather than a forum dedicated to the discussion of knives in general.
Seriously though, usually those decisions are made based on the number of interests expressed. Currently the Custom Forum is a huge mainstay of discussion of handmade bowies and General more production ones. I suggest starting some discussion threads (not about creating the forum, but about the knives) to see how much traffic generates.

Your first post could be on what determines a 'Bowie Knife'.
That would run about 10 pages easily, with no clear answer.
^^^ As Bastid allowed, the Custom and Handmade forum has a large percentage of Bowie-styled knives to discuss.
