I made this Bowie as a donation for the Historical restoration of Booneville,Ms. which is the town that I live in.The handle scales are red oak and came from one of the original floor boards out of the loading and storage dock from the old Boonevile train Depot that has been restored and is now home of our local chamber of commerce, who restored a cabboose last year for people to tour.I donated a Knife last year and it brought in close to $1000.00 in a raffle that was held during our annual fall festival. They have decided to raffle this Bowie also.
