The day of the BIG KNIFE has come!
I've been seeing lots of these great big knives lately and I couldn't be happier.
Dude, your knives are looking GREAT! Love the website too, very informative.
Thanks for the show.

Those are very nice. Great hamons too.

Hey Matt,
Palm swell, flared butt, love your handles especially with the gorgeous wood.
Are you still using acid to bring out the grain ?
Outstanding hamons.
Great work!

Great couple of knives, Matt. Strong blade shapes, excellent hamons, and that 3-D maple grain!

John

I think they are both great, but that bottom one is fabulous. That is some of the nicest wood I have seen, and I love the shape of the blade and the hamon.

Both look as good as a knife can be

The bottom one, something about the hammerhead on top side of the blade makes it very interesting!

Thanks for the compliments gents!

Doug, you're right, my preferred finish for maple is acid.

Jon, it was great meeting you at Blade.

Great looking knives. Like others, I find the bottom knife's head to be intersting and appealing. Love the hamon of the first one. That kind of whispy hamon gets me everytime.
