Yes, .063" (1/16") blade stock. I have made a bunch of Ti blades that thickness and it is a nice spot for being slicey with little flex.I'm assuming very thin stock on the blade? If so, it should serve very well. I'm interested.

What blade length were you envisioning?
I am going to size it down a little bit. Good point on the angle too, I draw them in with a bit extra hook in the choil to make up for tumbling, sharpening, etc.My only request is that the sharpening notch be as small as possible and angled so as to avoid hang ups in cardboard.
M4 is a good steel, so I’m still interested, but what happened to the Ti option?
