Box Cutter?

I'm assuming very thin stock on the blade? If so, it should serve very well. I'm interested.
Yes, .063" (1/16") blade stock. I have made a bunch of Ti blades that thickness and it is a nice spot for being slicey with little flex.

Much appreciated!

To be honest, I think there are several legitimate purposes it could serve. So, yeah, I think it would be interesting to see it built.

What blade length were you envisioning?

1.85" is the length of the cutting edge, choil and flats not included.

It's 6" overall so plenty of handle. It's a 4 finger grip for me and I wear XL gloves.

These will be cardboard cutting machines!

My only request is that the sharpening notch be as small as possible and angled so as to avoid hang ups in cardboard.
I am going to size it down a little bit. Good point on the angle too, I draw them in with a bit extra hook in the choil to make up for tumbling, sharpening, etc.

I might add some jimping on the spine too. I like to round it off a lot so it is comfortable as opposed to the sharper style.

M4 is a good steel, so I’m still interested, but what happened to the Ti option?

I still really want to but I have two other models coming out in Beta Ti and decided to diversify my material selection... this model would be great in Ti though so hopefully I can make it happen after the M4 run.
