Pretty neat. You know, you should get yourself some miniature fuzzy dice made, so you could tie them to your pimped knives as your "makers mark". :D

That looks great!, I like that file work, also the work on the spine of the blade-the way the deepness tapers off towards the tip
Excellent work!

I really like that, the scales are a bit "loud" for my tastes, but I love the way it looks.

 Nice! The copper color in the mosaic works very well with the green.

Really nice job!

Not to detract from your work, because it is very nice, but if you ask me, you could slap elder burl on just about anything and it would be beautiful.

I wanted to ask you about the pivot pin and how you employed the mosaic pin. Did you replace the pivot pin entirely? I'm assuming you still have to peen the pivot to keep it all together nice and tight.

Its true, the stabilized box elder is maybe my favorite. As for the pivot pin,it is replaced by the mosaic entirely ,yes.I drilled it to be a very tight fit so that it holds well without peening. The other pins did get peened. Its a strong tight slicer but probably wouldnt take as much lateral? pressure.(not a prybar). It's going to a user so i'll sure hear about it if there is a problem.I think the original rivet is definately stronger and can take more hard use and abuse.

Great looking work:thumbup: I love the way the scales are contoured. Looks like it would be very comfortable in hand.

By golly, you proved them wrong. You really did make a silk purse from a sow's ear.

What a neat job!

Very knice knife!! ;)

I like Box Elder burl, it's such a pretty wood. I have a Case SFO trapper in red box Elder burl. Beautiful knife. Showed it to my brother, I thought he was gonna take it from me!

Those scales are radiused exceptionally well, all makes for a comfortable and safe grip which is something basic but all too often neglected in pocket knives.

A vast improvement on the original:thumbup:
