This subforum is amazing! It is great to see so many people participating. I actually end up sending a lot of people over here when I'm answering emails because there is so much useful information here.

A heap of user participation and feedback. Where possible users seem to be providing useful information to each other. Guess its a good example of like minded folk gathering together. When you treat your customers with dignity and respect, it comes back around eh?
