My latest work is a cooperation with Aleksander Biely from Belarussia, who made blade. Blade: core from russian bearing steel similar to 52100 heat treated to 59-61HRC. laminated with damascus. Lenght (to a beginning of finger groove) 135 mm (5,315"), width 32,5 mm (1,28"), thickness 4,5 mm (0,177"), lenght of wooden handle is 123mm (4,84") and total lenght of knife is 265 mm (10,43").
Handle is made from grade "A" Arizona desert ironwood burl and mammoth ivory, spacers from red vulcanized fiber and new silver, main pin and tube from new silver and decarated pins from sterling silver.
