Just picked this up and thought I'd share a shot of it.

I really like the lines, the edge, and the overall in-hand feel.

The David Boye Eagle Wing is one of my all-time favorite knives - I considered it one of my sharpest/"cuttingest" knives.

My sample has a very thin profiled edge, and its sharpness and cutting through ablity is almost "magical".

Please take a look at this thread where I've included an old review I did on rec.knives -

Very cool!
Is that one with the cobalt blade?

My Eagle Wing has the BDS cast into the blade which I take to mean "Boye Dendritic Steel". I am not an expert on the Boye knives, just enjoying my first one.
