Brad Duncan RKI, or how to contact Mr Duncan?

Hello,
I'm looking for information on a large tactical folder. It is identical in appearance to the "Spiked Fist" prototype on steeladdiction.com, but is not marked prototype and is marked on both sides of the blade with Mr Duncan's logo. Was this knife produced in any quantity? I've only been able to find the reference to the prototype. Mr. Duncan's website appears to be down. Does anyone know how many of these were made and what value they have? Thanks very much.
