i got a brad southard and the lock tab side screw keeps coming undone for some reason! because of the ball-bearings inside,i wouldn't like to crank down to hard on the screws and damage the knife,is some kind of lubrication needed for the bearings,or just some loctite to the pivot screws or both! sorry for the dumb question, but its my first flipper, thanks guys.

Mine did the same. A little low-strength (purple) loctite and good to go. You are right, you don't want to crank the daylights out of those screws. That just compresses the bearings and makes the knife slow and rough. Put a dab of loctite and adjust to perfection.
