Just wondering what the factory edge angle is on a G6. Mine is not used but not terribly sharp and I like terribly sharp. I like to put my own edges on my knives, most anyway. I'll probably go 18-20* with Shapton stones. Just curious I couldn't find it anywhere.

I think they are right around the 18 to 20 dps range. Bradford Larkin said he tries to keep his knives within that range. I can't remember if I read that on his site or somewhere else though.
