This is the strangest thing. I have an Alias II that I picked up new recently. The knife is perfect in every sense, but when it sits in my pocket whether clipped or deep in my pocket for a few hours, the blade gets stuck. When I go to flick it out, it's stuck unless I give it an extremely hard flick. Then it's fine again. Each time I try to open it, it's completely smooth. Until it sits for a while. Then again it becomes stuck for the first click. I've tried backing out the pivot screw, loosening the screws holding the scales together, oiled pivot screw, worked it for a while...nothing has helped. Any ideas what's going on?
