I recently received from NewGraham those two new folders (new for me, you probably know them already for ages !:D ) and this saturday morning, it was the perfect time to proceed some test...

Bradley Alias II
titanium frame lock, S30V blade
(2.95" blade and 6AL 4V Titanium handles with Framelock. phosphorous bronze washers)

Fallkniven P1
Steel frame lock, VG10 blade
(3.03" blade and 420J2 stainless steel with black micarta onlay. Frame-lock)

first test, cutting some bread...

both cut bread like if it was butter, no effort at all.
The thin steel handle of the P1 make it slightly less "hand-friendly"...don't expect to cut bread during hours, to do batoning to bread with it...:D

then the hard job...
French cheese test !
Now that i have plenty bread, i need to put something on it...
I decided for a nice semi-liquid cheese..
this time the P1 is slightly better, due to is blade which is less "picky" than the alias II

result...
Both excellent blade for a late breakfast !:D
(and yes, i eat stinking cheese for my WE breakfast ! )
