I recently ordered and received a Bradley Kimura 9 and as you can see in the picture below, the bite handle is REALLY stiff and it makes it nearly impossible to flip. Is there a certain way to fix this? I tried oil, didn't do it.

Is there a certain way to tell when both handles are the same "stiffness/resistance?"
The same way you found out the first one was stiff I'd guess. The pivot just needs a little adjusting. Make sure you check them from time to time because you might lose a pivot bolt if they loosen up too much.

From my experience, the Kimura screws never backed out after adjusting them, and without loctite. I'd still check, but it should be fairly obvious if the handle is loosening while flipping, and if yours is anything like mine, the screws stay pretty tight even after adjusting.

Adjust the pivot screw. If it is loose to the point of inducing more play than a wiggle, it might be something "clogging" the pivot up, and you should take the knife apart, clean everything real well, and put it back together with a little oil added to the washers. If that still doesn't work, it can be either a washer that needs polished, the handle is just too tight, or you have an issue outside my knowledge.
