:jerkit:Ok just wanted everyone to know that the other day my Balisong came apart. I love the kimura, but the screws came out of the handle, this is totally normal after countless hours of tricks, but I was having a very hard time finding someone who could get me more screws and more spacers. I originally bought this knife from notyourmamasknives.com, they were no help what so ever, just replied saying, "nope, nothing we can do for you." So I contacted Kershaw, explaining my situation with the other site and my knife. Not 5 hours later they replied...."Tim, your parts rebuild kit is in the mail and you should recieve it in the next 5 to 7 days, as always there will be no charge for this we hope you enjoy your balisong, and I included more than enough parts to get you back to your 29." I was amazed, so basically I just wanted to let all of you know that if you need something for your Bradley please go through Kershaw and you will be treated right. God bless

Tim,

Kershaw can only help you with the knives that they produce, I.E. the Kimura, otherwise, you would have to go to benchmade or whoever else manufactures their blades. Kershaw is a great company, glad you got the help you needed although the large font and :jerkit: symbol kinda makes my eyes bleed

This might also more appropriately belong in Good Bad and Ugly forum, since it respects a retailer, for future reference.

hey, thanks for the advice! I need a new pivot for my Kimura, and had been waiting for almost two weeks on Bradley to reply.
