Does anyone know if Bradley is still producing its folding knives (Alias I and II)? I know they are made by Benchmade but seem to always be out of stock at all retailers. The butterfly style knives can be found and few serrated edged folders but rarely find a plain blade available. There must be a market because every time one is posted for sale on BF, it goes quickly. I mostly collect customs but I have son named Bradley and he likes their knives. I'm not really in the market but I was just curious about the status of the company.

Anyone have opinions on Bradley knives quality? I've bought a couple and son likes them but I've never really used one.

At one point. I had read conflicting information. Some where I read that the Mayhems would be around after the Alias was gone. I was not able to get solid either way.

Bradley is no longer producing knives. My name is Bradley as well so naturally i had to buy me a Bradley Alias I a few years back before they stopped making knives

You can still find kimuras at blade hq. Not what you were looking for, but its a Bradley.

Edit...and just saw you already knew that when rereading the op.

Here's a pic of my two work knives for about the past decade (by "work", I mean shipping dock and construction). When deciding on the Bradley I directly compared the Alias 1 to a Sebenza. And while the Sebenza was a great knife, the Alias simply appealed to me more, and I couldn't justify paying more for the Sebenza. I'm not saying that the two knives are equal, but the Alias has a high enough degree of quality that I can't imagine that anyone would ever regret buying one.

My only "complaints" with the Alias were the little pointy thumbstud, the jimping on the blade, and the small, shiny pocketclip. I replaced the stud and clip with aftermarket ones, and ground off the jimping.

I've never had any complaints with the quality of my Bradley knife, and after countless openings and closings over the years, it still opens smooth as silk, locks up rock-solid, and takes a shaving-sharp edge.
