I believe it was discontinued, but I can't seem to find any real information as to when or why. Can anyone enlighten me?

Same reason(s) as why anything is discontinued -- newer designs &/or not enough sales of the older designs. Bradley has since introduced the Kimura in 4 varieties (that I know of) and 4 price points. If you must know the details, I'd suggest calling Mike at New Graham: http://newgraham.com/store/category/1/27/Bradley-Cutlery/. He'd be able to give you inside skinny. I read somewhere that Bradley are not making knives at all anymore, but I never tried to confirm that.

Either way, the Mayhem is still a great piece if you can find one. I have a BNIB plain edge that I got when they very first came out -- it might even be a First Production, but I'd have to look b/c it's been boxed up ever since I got it. I think I paid just north of $200, and I have already been offered a good bit more than that for it . . . I decided to hold onto it. . . .

Thanks Derek. Yeah, I figured as much, but thought to ask anyway. A bit late to the game, but one always pops up somewhere.
