I'm in the market for a neck style knife. V bevel, Scandi or Convex. I prefer a kydex sheath and skeleton handle. I have heard of Becker but have no experience with them. Thanks in advance for your information and thoughts.

I really like my Becker BK-11. It's very comfortable with a paracord wrap, and I use the bottle opener a lot. It's cheaper than a lot of similar knives, but the quality is good, it slices well, the steel holds up, the sheath is good (the new one, at least), and it's made in USA. Other similar knives are the ESEE Izula, Buck Mayo Kaala, and the ones from Bark River and Swamp Rat.

I really like my Izula. I have always heard great stuff about the Becker BK11, but haven't gotten one yet. The Black Jack necker looks interesting as well.

Look into Kershaw/Zero Tolerance
They have everything for any use and budget

really? they do have the boot knife, but that is not what the OP was thinking, if I understand correctly.

To the OP: I would check out the becker, the izula, the escabar, and the Scrapyard scrapivore. all of them will do fine and will work great.

The Nemesis 2-ZERO is my pick.

i love my scrapivore. but i really want a becker necker for the bottle opener and the bark river bravo necker just really appeals to me. idk if you are going wear this as a neck knife or in your pocket with two pieces of paracord attaching the sheath to yourself (like i do haha) but bark river makes some excellent necker/ pocket fixed blades.

Yep, your best buys are probably ESEE IZULA, BK11 or 14 (11 has a bottle opener, 14 has a longer handle to fit all 4 fingers, instead of only 3), BRKT Bravo Necker (1 or 2, which is 3.5" long), Scrapyard Scrapivore. If you're wanting to go pricier, there are other options. But those are all fairly inexpensive and great quality. Or you could go custom, or even make your own.
