Brand new Delica4-screw came loose and fell out.

I have been carrying a brand new Delica4 for about two weeks now and I noticed a screw in my pocket yesterday. Turns out one of the screws, holding the part where the lockback pivots came right out. I put it back in but I'm wondering if I should use something like lok-tite or form-a-gasket on it. I'm a bit weary of using the lok-tite on it because I may want to adjust it later. Any suggestion on what to use so it doesn't come out again? And I'm sure this isn't a knock off knife because I bought it on Amazon.

Use the light lok tite or if there is a female in the house put a little red nail polish on the threads. It will hold and easy to break free if needed.

I put blue Loctite on the screws of all my user knives. Haven't lost a screw yet. Adjust-ability is not an issue either, the blue breaks pretty easy. Just don't use red.
