Brand new future knife nut born

My new daughter Maggie Marie was born at 2:38 this morning and weighed 6 lbs 3 oz, 19 in. long and although 19 days early, she is healthy.

Congrats man!!!! My knifeknut (Ananda Jayne) was born 21 days early, 19inches and 5# 15 ounces on May27 last year- so I know you are in for a lot of fun!!!
 
Congrats! I have a 2 year old daughter that reads the Spyderco catalog while sitting on the pot (I wonder where she gets that from?). She really likes the Kopas, as she says, "Ooh pretty! Knife!" when she sees them. She is also partial to the Delica and Endura trainers (they are "cute"). I guess she likes red, and realises she should start out with a non sharpened edge at her tender age.

Hehe... when are you going to get her her first knife?
 
Congratulations to both of you....Don't forget to get the book that tells you how to raise daughters correctly...OH WAIT !...There is no such book..All trial and error...LOL

Rule # One.....Never , ever stand to close to the shopping cart when they are in the little seat and you are pushing the cart...They kick their feet when they get excited and guess what's directly across from the feet when their in the cart. :-)

Start saving. Diapers, formula, wipes, and ever-shrinking clothes are nothing; the college fund and knives you just know your girl has to have are expensive.
 
When will we see pictures of your newborn daughter?

P.S. Thanks for posting time of birth; height; and weight. You'll be repeating those vitals a lot for the next eight weeks.
 
My daughter just turned 1 on Friday. We've been very blessed, she came home from the hospital sleeping 4 hours straight, so don't believe all the horror stories you hear.
