Branton-Brend Hatchet ?

Just rec'd a 13" hatchet, described as a Branton-Brend hatchet. The hatchet does not carry a logo, is painted black, cordura/vinyl sheath is marked "London Bridge Trading Co." Seller says it was originally purchased from Brigade Quartermaster several years ago.

Couple of discrepancies in the description prompted me to post this question: It certainly looks like a sterile Branton-Brend hatchet, can anyone tell me if the description and information given sound like the real thing? Thanks!
