Is silver the only alternative in order to braze soft steel to damascus steel, and if so, how many percent with silver is neccesary in that alloy.

I weld the tang on. You can silver braze or brass braze, but that makes HT a bit more complicated. You want 1" of the damascus beyond the shoulders for strength.

What do you mean by HT? I have seen that somebody do make a v-connection male and female in order to make it stronger but i can´t figure out which kind of tool I shall use in order to grind a connection like that.

As Stacy already pointed , you need at least 1" of the damascus beyond the shoulders for strength .
You can cut that V with cut off disk on small angle grinder .First cut damascus , then scribe on extension where you need to make other cut .No need to be extremely precise .If you have some kind of welder would be best .....tig , mig , stick welder , whatever you have..............
Just knock down the edges of both side on that V joint for better weld ................
