I just bought a Manix, and while I have been a Sebenza fan for a long time, this will be my new work knife. I LOVE the flat grind and it takes beefy to a whole new level. Also sharper than anything I own. My question is, does using break free as a lube have an ill effect on the G-10?

Break free (the oil like liquid in a bottle) has had no adverse effects on any plastics on a knife, including SAK scales, and even cheap junk stuff. If it comes in an Aerosol I can't comment, sometimes they use a volatile carrier to help it spray better which can damage things. Regardless, G-10, Micarta, Phenolic Resin, Carbon Fiber, FRN/Zytel won't be adversely affected by much of anything. Even the strongest solvents I've used included Gun Scrubber do little more than cause excessive drying of the surface, which results in a greyish white appearance, this goes away with a bit of handling or any light oil.
