Oh! You should see the obscene amount of Copper River reds (Coho) we got dipnetting. Had to give away everything that was still in the freezer before we went.

If it was only an hour old, I hope you at least got a little sushi before you cooked it. At $5 per bite I can't afford sushi here in GA but man I loved it when I lived in Japan, and Salmon is one of the best.

Funny thing, I work one exit north of Barrett Prky and I have not heard of rusans...where is it in relation to I 75? The best place I've found for sushi in GA is Tokyo's (in cartersville).
