King salmon steaks, caught an hour before cooking.

If it was only an hour old, I hope you at least got a little sushi before you cooked it. At $5 per bite I can't afford sushi here in GA but man I loved it when I lived in Japan, and Salmon is one of the best.

Also, that looks like a great start to a great day.

looking for good sushi in ga? try rusans on barett prky. i did not know anyone in cartersville new it was not fishing bait :D:D

Y'know, I like sushi, but I've never eaten any fish that I or someone I'm with has caught raw. Thought about it.

Nah, we didn't cook it on the river bank; our camp was up the hill a bit.

Funny thing, I work one exit north of Barrett Prky and I have not heard of rusans...where is it in relation to I 75? The best place I've found for sushi in GA is Tokyo's (in cartersville).
