I know its not the weekend, but Im off and I was hungry so here is what I did.

Peeled up some potatoes with my Beckerhead approved SAK Alox Farmer worked great I might add. Then I used the BK17 for the rest of the food prep. It isnt the best choice but I like to play with my Beckers and it did a fine job.

I added a green pepper and onion threw it in my iron skillet cut up some sausage.

Add spice eggs and cheese you have a breakfast fitting a Beckerhead.

Now if I only knew someone with a biscuit recipe.

I forgot the eggs part. LOL Lets see what everyone else is having.

I tried clam chowder for the first time, but it was my supper instead of breakfast. Turns out I don't like it. Maybe I shouldn't have tried the microwavable campbells.

Looks good. Want a pic of my McDonald's bag? Yeah, really early start today, so I resorted to junk.

Don't have pics but the woman made me a omelet with cheese, sausage, and ham. It was pretty good

Never had... before.... wow.
Next time you're in New England getcher self some real stuff.
And none of that red 'Manhattan style' stuff - it's the wrong color 'cause they dig the clams in the East River.

HMMM, missouri... im in philly. so we can share breakfast in 13 days or so depending on the weather if i start hiking now. my license has been gone for years. Thanks to my horrible need to go fast. my wife drives or i hike.

recently i almost bought 2.5 acres in missouri, walking distance to the lakes of the ozarks for only 6500 bucks. man missouri is cheap. I didnt get it because i figured that money could go towards the land im buying in florida, for more than 5x the price per acre, but now i kinda wish i got it, even for a summer camping spot it would of been great.

I think your camera needs glasses.

cheddar, spinach, and hot dry-cured sausage omlette with a side of sauteed (garlic, salt, olive oil) beet greens.
Those pink thinks are the garlic that absorbed the juice from the stalks of the beet greens:

technically this was last night's dinner, not breakfast. Can I still play?

My goodness Jeeves, that looks tasty indeed. Much better than my honey nut cheerios.....

I'm also guilty of using my pocket knives/Beckers in my kitchen right next to my kitchen knives that actually work better, but that's no fun right? Looks like a good breakfast, throw a fried egg on top and call that a day.

Yeah that looks great. My camera is a point and shoot and I didnt notice it was blurry until I posted it. Too late to go back but I had to keep the Becker content :)

Reading this thread, has made me hungry. Should get cooking some dinner right about now I guess.

I cant take credit, my wife made this for the kids just now, but i can stab and cut it just fine!

Im not a big cake person but those milano cookies (the headstones) are great.
