That looks good. I always try to start my day off with an omelet and a smoothie. And for all you people thinking smoothies are feminine - I used to think so too. That was until I tried one :p

always start the day with a big breakfast, if you dont your tired and weak and cant think straight, i will do 6-8 each morning with toast and milk, or do about 10 weatbixs
