I worked for one of the wealthiest ppl in the world and they had a great PR disaster control manager. I’m wondering if BM is not wishing they also had one.

I have no idea what Benchmade was thinking. Seems like they weren't using their brains at all.

Any forethought into this would have told them the optics would be horrible among their customer base. And it's not like any leftists are gonna run out and start buying Benchmade knives as a result of this action.

Now people are looking into political donations, etc. BM is gonna take a big hit in sales over this. Methinks they just crapped the bed.

Virtue signaling fails every time it is tried. Somewhere out there should be a Benchmade Marketing Director in search of a new job. What an incredible screw-up.
