Due to their new mitary contacts providing Viet Nam Tomahawks to the United States government,I have acquired the rights from American Tomahawk Company to produce the Brend fighting hatchet. I contacted Walter when I was a founding partner with ATC to license a Brend design for ATC. I designed the hatchet adding Walters signature handle. Walter then tweaked the spike a bit to adapt it to his style of grinding. Walter was so happy with the design that he offer us a chance to produce his 20th anniversary piece in a limited edition series. I am going to offer it as a custom piece ground and finished by me using steels like D-2 and S30-V. I also have some in the works as a production piece that should be ready to ship in a few months. I am also working on a deluxe model that is somewhat larger and should be a real crowd pleaser. I'll keep you post on the progress of this project.

I will be interested in seeing the deluxe model. I have a Brend but have always thought it would be better if it was scaled up a bit. Any chance of getting some in CMP 3V? It seems like a great choice of steel of this type of item. Please keep us posted and pics would be great. Thanks

I'm anxious to get a look at a couple of these at Blade. Hopefully there will be some of the deluxe models to play with and maybe take home :D
