Brend Longhandle

Andy - I realize that your team is working pretty seriously on the 'new' Brend hatchet. Is the Brend able to be customized? More specifically, does the design allow your shop to make a 15 or 16 inch version of the Brend? I love the design, but I'd prefer a bit of a longer handle... Just curious!

True, I probably should give Justin a shout. I was just wondering if the Brend is as "customizable" as some of their other 'hawks, since I think that the blanks for the Brends come pre-cut.

Of course, I have no doubt that Andy and Justin could make damn near anything!

The most I heard of customizing a brend, has been whe fellow hawk-a-teers use a special cord wrapping technique or putting on wood/micarta/FRN handles,,,,,themselves.
