These two came in today,the mammoth is for a buddy & the stag for me.Both are exceptionally nice,Bret is doing fantastic work :thumbup:.

Fine looking knives Vince! Mr. Dowell is sure making some beauties.

Vince, it was completely unnecessary for you to get me a knife but I do appreciate it. :p

Both knives look exceptional.
 
Thanks for the replies Sometimes I wing it on the pics & they come out good If I tried harder,I could not do better than these.I'm headed out,but Scotty came by to get his swayback & he was really pleased,so am I Bret :thumbup:

BEAUTIFULL KNIVES ! The mammoth is gorgeous on that swayback,plus i like wharnies.mmmmmmmmmm,mmmmmmmmmmmm good.CONGRATS ! And an awesome gesture giving it away.
 
Like everyone else has said, very nice. And you did nail the pictures. Tell Scott I'll take his after he gets tired of it. :p
 
While Swaybacks flip my switch. . . . .the Spear Point is whispering sweet some things in my ear. :eek:

I started a thread...something like "My first Dowell" Basically the same knife as the stag ,but a barehead with green micarta
The minute I saw that green knife ,I says,that'd be great with stag!
So there it is & Bret's first slipjoint with stag scales!
Scott now owns the green micarta,he messed with me for three weeks over it,'til I gave in & let him get it.
Great pattern & knives Bret :thumbup:
