Just a bit of whimsy:
This paring knife was make entirely from materials from the Revival Brewery in Providence, RI. Mr. M. gave me a bit of decommissioned grain auger that he'd straightened, and a white oak bourbon barrel stave from a collapsed barrel. I forged the blade from 5" of the auger, laminated an emptied (the right way) HAMR beer can into bolster material, and put them all together. There's even a hardening line in the right light.
