Brian Tighe sent us these two photos yesterday. Two new versions of his Frame Lock Flipper Dagger, the TIGHE DIE.
These are both with Sculpted Carbon Fibers handles- Brian tells me that he is using a new Inlayed Titanium locking system, where the liners are embedded into the frame.
He feels that the balance (blade to handle) on these knives is excellent because of this locking system and the resulting overall weight distribution.
The plain blade is Stainless BG-42 Hand Rubbed and the Damascus Blade is Stainless Damasteel. Both blades are FLAT GROUND and very sharp!
These are slated to be released at the Blade Show in Atlanta- actually, not too far away .
Hope you like these- I think they are really cool.
Take care, Neil
PS- Brian is a pretty good photographer also .
