Made it back. Every time I have any kind of medical test I'm ready for anything -- latest opinion from the medical community is my duodenal ulcer may be some kind of cancer. They did a biopsy but won't have results for about a week. I don't understand most of what they are saying and, in fact, don't give a big damn anyway. It's all karma and there's nothing the medical community or anybody else can do to change an iota of it. I sometimes wonder why I even bother with these people. I'd be better off spending my time and money at the temple.

Sorry for the continued aggravation, UB- but we're glad to have you back anyway.

I've often wondered where the roller coaster idea came from. I think I'm starting to understand. Seems that the older you get, the faster you get going. Just like on the ole' speedy, you start feeling like you're out of control and you're better off just sitting with your arms down waiting for the ride to end.

At least, that's what I did at the end of my roller coaster rides.

Yes, he does write - or did. If I remember right- wasn't a book written years ago after spending some time on the Rez? ;)

Glad to have you back Uncle! This place wasn't the same without you. Here's a prayer for negative (good) results next week on the biopsy.

Regards,

Norm

Sorta makes you wish they'd make their cotton-picking minds up, doen't it? That way you'd have an opinion, and could accept it or reject it. You could decide what to do and do it.

Instead they've got you on the hook, but won't tell you if they are going to reel you in and do something or leave you hanging. Living in limbo ain''t no life, so go ahead and live while you've the chance.

Next time you go, take a half-dozen kites and strings and tell them what to do with them.

Normally, while young you heal, and the Doctor can't change that. If it breaks, your body fixes it and the Doc helps it along.
When you''re older your body can't fix it nearly as well, and the decisions are more important because the consequences can be drastic.

There's nothing like weighing life threatening medical decisions to take your mind off depression.

We'll keep the smoke coming... Do your best to give your body every possibile chance to heal, keep your spirits high (FUNDAMENTAL), laugh, cry, scream, etc. to get loose of any excess baggage, and know that you are among friends. 3 Stooges movies are recommended too! :D One "cancer" turned out not to be so; I sincerely wish for another medical diagnostic error!

Sincerely:

I hope that you feel better and the biopsy is negative. Just relax, have some wine and watch those 3 stooges movies. No use getting your body riled up by worrying.

Same goes for me too Uncle. Welcome back.
As for the doctor's opinion's and the medical profession in general.
Well................ Don't get me started.

But welcome back and good thoughts about your pending biopsy results.

Mark T. :)

Bill...prayers and blessings, but screw 'em. You're alive today, enjoy it and let what comes come.

I can't add anything substantial, save my sincere hope for your survival. You are the original, genuine and authentic article. There are not many around like you. Never were, never will be. Will there be an autobiography?
