Great blade design. Derek from EKI used to carry one too. Anyone else like to see the Mach I brought back?

It's great design - I've had both the waved (M-Wave) and the standard Mach 1. Great ergonomics as per usual, and I actually prefer the non-waved version so that I can use the thumb ramp (not possible with the jumbo wave on the M-Wave)

I seem to remember Ernie carrying a Mach-1 too at some stage.

Either way I like it, just sold it when I was thinning the herd. If they made another run I would

greetings all,
as i said before, the mach was one of my favorite emerson knives i was never able to get. finally got one last week in new condition. waveless with plain edge. in my opinion, they are as good as it gets. great shape, ergos, weight and size. i would not think ernie would make a mistake with a re-issue. classic emerson design that works. best regards.

Actually that reminds me why it had to be renamed to MAX-1 from memory, due to the claim by the shaving company folks.

All the new models coming out seem to be waved, but the Mach-1 was one of the great non-waved models.

No, but I would love the SPECWAR to comeback.

Also for what its worth Emerson did just release some previously unreleased Novas. They are very similar to the Mach-1. They "found parts"

The Mach1 was almost my first Emerson. Blame the 7.
Maybe EKI can do a sprint-run?
Nice knife, Aaron. Thanks for the pic.

Not being familiar with that model (newer to the game) I had to look it up. Nice stuff! Being a fan of EKI's smaller designs, a mini one of those would be sweet. Kinda like a Mini A100 but with a deeper finger cutout. Awesome.

I have never seen this Emerson and I am not a big Emerson guy, but some of these caught my eye and turns me onto Emerson a little more.
