I got to take a few young guys out today for their first ever hunting/skinning experience (the three on the left...) We had a couple small hogs to practice on:

These guys were champs, jumped right in (it only took 3 hours to skin 2 hogs, LOL)...

What did you use to take the hogs down with?

Got some old skool Busse in on them for skinning.
 
I need to learn how to change a K-bar into a SHMS. :p

Good on you for taking the time with the youth's on knife handling and game care. You can really tell they enjoyed themselves.:cool::thumbup:

Three hours.:D I don't think I was that fast on my first butchering adventure.:o

Cool pics! It always cracks me up that some meat eaters would look at this as "graphic". It's not graphic...just reality :thumbup:

Wild hogs are usually much leaner than pigs so they can be a bit dryer. But good grub non the less
