Have a can of Renaissance wax that has been in my closet for... a while.
Starting to dry out. Is there anything that will help return it to it's former glory?
Love the stuff, it is expensive and I'm cheap...
The MSDS lists it as having microcrystalline wax and "white Spirit". That is a general term for petroleum distillates like paint thinner. A tiny amount of odorless paint thinner should help soften the wax. It may take a while to absorb, so do it a few drops a week until you see the change you want. You want Renaissance wax to be fairly solid. It is the rubbing that softens and distributes the wax.
