It seems as if the Brite Strike is ripping off the idea that Tool Logic has already had for years now. I'm sure theirs is a bit more rugged and durable, especially with a price point of $150.

I had a Tool Logic SL3 and thought it felt cheap, but the concept is cool. I'm just not sure if it's worth $150-cool like the Brite Strike. The gadget geek in me loves stuff like this.

I can kind of see how that might be useful if you're on your stomach trying to cut something in the dark above you, which is about the only situation I can think of for why you can't hold the light in one hand and cut with the other.:thumbup:

Or you hold the light in your mouth.

Or set it on the ground.
