British M.O.D knife meets Spyderco Sharpmaker

Found my old MOD knife in the loft at my parents' house and thought "Ah! My old MOD knife....I'll have a go with the sharpmaker on this!!"
Half an hour later and my battered old MOD - that had been used (by someone else) to chop barbed wire - is literally shave-sharp.
Once again the sharpmaker has proved itself - renovating an old knife and providing many more years of service.

Those types of knives need to be reground to convex edge. The edge bevels are too shallow.:grumpy:
