Used lightly for a weekend trip. There were some marks on the spine from a firesteel but I have taken fine steel wool to it. Still some marks but pretty faint. I tried to show this in the pictures. Otherwise it is in perfect shape. Great knife with a nice convex grind for slicing.

Nope. All it has done is make curls and shavings and then strike a firesteel on the spine. Still very sharp and no need to visit the spa yet IMO.
 
A2 tool steel. Not sure if I have the box around here or not. I store it in the cardboard sleeve in a rubbermaid container.
