BRKT Northstar EDC or Ultra-light Bushcrafter??

I am having a heck of a time choosing between the two and wanted to hear some opinions; so what are your thoughts? Northstar EDC or Ultra-light Bushcrafter, and why would you make such a choice? Thanks for the input.

Currently I am leaning toward the Ultra-lite Bushcrafter, but am trying to decide whether to get it in Desert Ironwood or with Linen Micarta..? The debate continues...
