BRKT PSK: 12C27/13C26 or 154CM - Which one and why?

When I buy a PSK, I'd like to know that I've made the right steel choice. So, since I'm going to use it as an EDC and for light camp use, which steel should I choose? Also, base your recommendation on overall thickness. I'd like the knife to as thin as possible. But, I won't base my choice solely on that. Which would you choose and why?
