Broad Axe Identification: please help!

Can anyone help identify my broad axe? I have attached photos.

Let's try this.

The second line looks to say "Cast Steel' and maybe 'Water-something'.....

The stamp looks familiar. Maybe someone will recognize it.

Looks like a heavily worn Pennsylvania pattern.

Probably "Cast Steel Warranted". Which means it was a first quality axe. Might try sprinkling some flour on that stamp and wiping off the excess. Sometimes it will help bring out the letters.
