Broadwell-Evans Info

I just bought this knife, and I was told it was made by David Broadwell with Vince Evans damascus. Any help backing this up?

Well, David either made it or someone stole his maker's mark. As to the Damascus, I don't know.

Ok, Here is what David said:

Blade: Smolen carbon damascus in a ladder pattern. It is flat ground with a false edge on top and a clipped tanto point.
Guard: Hard to tell for sure, but is probably stainless steel.
Handle: Curly koa with a tung oil finish and held onto the tang with mosaic pins.
Sheath: Cowhide in a semi-cross draw style, made by me.
The design was based on one submitted by the customer. It appears to be in original and excellent condition.
