Doing my and often
Others jobs. Well as a manager
That's what responsible people do

That being said Up about 7
Feet lost balance on POS ladder
They have. Fell straight down on right
Ankle broken on both sides
Needing 2 surgeries.

First bone I have every broke in
My life.. Did it right. 3 day stay in
Hospital Pain pills which I hate because
They throw your body into a bad state
No appetite. Can't do other daily thing
The body does

Anyway. Haven't been on here in a few
Days for any length. This place gives me
Comfort. And a bit of sanity

Just reaching out to my BF family for good thoughts

Having a rough time being still already. Well because
I like to work and my people that work under me like me there

Out for minimum 8-10 weeks

Again thank you all upfront

Good smoke appreciated

Lean back, relax, and heal as fast as you can.
Keep the music playing and make them bring you good food!
Get a walker in there so you aren't stuck in bed all the time. Up and down the hall feels good!

My best wishes for a quick and complete healing.

Bummer about your ankle!
Wow man, you broke both sides?
I guess go big or go home Lol.

Glad you are on the mend.
Did you get a chance to look at the x-rays?
Not to worry, they're gonna patch you up good as new.

Have someone take you a knife you can flick hahaha,
I'm sure it'll help you pass the time (works for me ;)

Get well soon!

Heal fully with a quickness. Best of luck! Try to enjoy your time off. Read a book or buy a knife. The latter always helps me feel better.

Thanks folks
Back home too mend

OUCHY! I am sorry to hear that.

I have a 5 hole titanium plate and matching screws in my right ankle; it has been in there for 16, almost 17 years.

Smoke and prayers up, kick back and let the doc', therapist and pain meds do they're thing.

I broke both ankles one of 'em twice and after 30 years after my orthopedic surgeon saw that I could bend my ankle at 90* and it sounded like a ratchet when I walked. He convinced me to let him fix it, after 3 hours of surgery and a week off my feet, within' a month of PT I was walkin' like a champ and the best part was my ankle was supportin' me and not rollin' out from under me.

Hope you heal fast and completely.

Smoke sent man hey I know you are in Michigan city I'm not to far if ya need something speak up buddy heal fast

I hate to hear that you have hurt yourself... Make the best of it and mix alcohol with your pain meds. I hope your recovery goes well

Sorry to hear of your injury. Lack of mobility always makes things really hard. I hope that as manager you were covered by workers comp so at least everything is covered.

Looks like you earned yourself a vacation. Hope things mend well. I have never broken a bone either (that I am aware of).... toes are a possibility.

Was at the hospital today, people are dying to get out of there...:(

Heal fast, but don't screw up the recovery process. Netflix is your friend. Binge watch some shows, time will fly.
